The African Plant Nutrition Institute publishes its 2021 annual report “charting pathways”.

The African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI) has recently released its annual report showcasing its most recent projects, initiatives, and achievements.

The report, titled “Charting Pathways”, highlights APNI’s mission within the research community in Africa, and the impact of its programs and activities.

“2021 was a particularly fruitful year for APNI not only in terms of its intellectual production, but also of its outreach capacity. After only two years of existence, the numbers speak for themselves: 35 scientific publications, a presence in 11 countries, 14,682 in-field trials, 17 fellowships granted, and 120 collaborative R&D partners.” – Mr. Hicham El Habti, APNI Board Chair and President of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P).
