The fact that APV is an expert in the field of reseeding and catch crop seeding for many years is well known on the agricultural machinery market. The compact Pneumatic Seeders meter very precisely and impress with their individual applicability on a wide variety of implements, as well as their wide range of applications. APV technology covers many requests of the farmers, from fine seeds such as clover, phacelia, cress, oil radish and the like, up to larger seeds such as vetch, pea, lupine and bean.
From the beginning of 2020, the German agricultural machinery manufacturer LEMKEN will also be using APV’s catch crops portfolio and optionally equipping its disc harrows Rubin and Heliodor as well as the cultivators Karat and Kristall with Pneumatic Seeders.
LEMKEN sells the catch crop seeder under the name “SEEDHUB 5” in its own blue-white design with adapted equipment. It is available through the LEMKEN sales partners for combination with their implements, in order to apply the catch crops during the stubble cultivation, thus saving working time and costs.
The cooperation between Anthony van der Ley (CEO LEMKEN) and Jürgen Schöls (CEO APV) has officially
started in a joint meeting at the Agritechnica.
