Omex Agrifluids reports a highly successful presence at Agritech Expo Zambia 2018 topped off with a visit by Edgar Lungu President of Zambia to the Omex stand in the British Pavilion. The President was accompanied by Fergus Cochrane-Dyet, the British High Commissioner to Zambia.

Alan Lowes, Regional Director at Omex Agrifluids said: “We were delighted to welcome the President of Zambia, Edgar Lungu to our stand who showed much interest in our unique range of plant nutrient products.”

“We received lots of interest in our soluble plant nutrient products from Zambian wheat, maize, potato and soya farmers and vegetable growers from Ndola and Kitwe in the north and from the Lusaka area, especially Chisamba where Agritech was held,” said Alan Lowes.

Omex currently sells its aptly named Omex ‘Bio Boost’ product, containing a full range of macronutrients and micronutrients plus a natural seaweed-sourced biostimulant, to farmers and growers throughout Zambia. Additional products which Omex plans to introduce in the future were also on display. These include Calmax (22.5% calcium with a balanced range of micronutrients), K41 (water soluble suspension containing potassium, magnesium and sulphur) and Zynergy (a unique complex of copper and zinc micronutrients).

“We were pleased to be at Agritech Expo Zambia 2018 to support our Zambian distributor Agricrop Services (Ndola) and would like to extend our thanks to all who visited our stand,” said Alan Lowes.
