Irrigation & Green Industry magazine announced the winners of its Watch Us Grow: 2021 Industry Standouts event. Four landscape and irrigation professionals were chosen to be featured for their efforts in supporting successful business growth in the past year. The program was sponsored by Heritage Landscape Supply Group.
This year’s standouts include the following:
- Connor Zielinski, president of Irri Design Studio, Kissimmee, Florida
- Juan Carlos Esparza, owner of Urbanscapes Landscaping Services, San Jose, California
- Mark Stuhlsatz, vice president of regional operations for Ryan Lawn and Tree, Kansas City, Missouri
- Mario Argentina, owner of H2O Sprinklers & Backflow, Long Island, New York
The recognized professionals came from different backgrounds and skill sets to share how they had encouraged the company’s growth. They used techniques such as route optimization and technology advocacy to drive expansion and build their brands.
“This year’s class showed that no matter what size your company is or how many employees you have, you can encourage incredible growth with the right mindset and skills,” said Kyle Brown, Irrigation & Green Industry editor-in-chief. “No matter where you are in the industry, there’s something to learn from these business leaders.”
All four were featured as the cover story for the September 2021 print edition of Irrigation & Green Industry, which can be found online at www.igin.com/watch-us-grow-2021.
“On behalf of the entire Heritage family of companies and our team, I commend each of these four entrepreneurs and business leaders for their success,” added Matt McDermott, Heritage Landscape Supply Group president. “The ability and passion to keep each respective business not only moving forward in the current climate but thriving is amazing to see. At Heritage, we are big believers in the promise of the American dream, and we applaud Connor, Juan Carlos, Mark and Mario for working hard to make our country and the green industry great.”
